VEGAN BANANA PANCAKES

Banana-pancakes

In the blender and hot pan. 1 serving

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 1/2dl Sproud Original Drink

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 2 1/2dl flour (of your choice)

  • 1/4 tbsp vanilla bean powder

STEPS

Put all ingredients in a blender. Turn on the power. Blend until smooth. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to thicken. Heat a non-stick pan to medium heat. Add 1/2dl batter and cook until bubbles appear. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Repeat with the rest of the batter. Serve. Vegan banana pancakes powered by peas.
