Today many of us choose to consume less animal products in favour of more plant-based ones, for health and environmental reasons and in consideration for the future of the planet. This is a big and important shift in consumer behaviour.

As our knowledge of plant-based food deepens, we strive to find better and better sources of protein. We want protein that has a minimal carbon footprint, comes with clean processes and produces nutritious and delicious products – like the pea.

Compared to previous generations of plant-based products – based on soy, nuts and grains – the pea is superior in every way. It needs less water to culture and contains loads of protein that´s possible to extract without chemical solvents.
