CLASSIC ACAI BOWL

Tip: Don’t forget to freeze your bananas when they are very ripe!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2dl Sproud Original Drink - and more if needed

  • 2 frozen ripe bananas

  • 1 frozen acai package (or 4tbsp acai powder)

  • 1 1/2dl frozen raspberries and blueberries

  • A dash of cinnamon

TOPPING suggestions

Granola, nut butter, fresh fruit (we recommend strawberries and banana)

STEPS

  1. Add all the ingredients into your food processor or high speed blender

  2. Process until silky smooth - this will take a few minutes of pulsing and scraping down the sides. You might have to add more Sproud.

  3. Serve the thick ice cream-like acai bowl and add your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
